Hamsaaya Consultancy is a development and business support organization dedicated to driving socio-economic impact across Pakistan and beyond. We provide strategic management, research, and development services to public sectors, INGOs, and SMEs — turning ambitious social and economic goals into programs that actually get delivered.
In practice, that means running needs assessments before a single brick is laid, evaluating whether a project is truly viable, managing programs end-to-end once they launch, and building social enterprises that put income directly into the hands of the people they're meant to help.
